Family friendly with genuine hospitality
You know, the people at the desk were really something. Stefan helped me with directions and even pointed me to some less crowded sights, a gold mine. The breakfast choices were vast, had fresh squeezed orange juice and plenty of tasty options to fuel us for the day.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still pretty fair for what you get.

It is in nice and unbeatable location to an oval amphitheatre, set right next to the hotel. The venue offers croissants, cereal, and cakes for breakfast. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant.

This is a very well decorated hotel with well-trained staff with unbeatable service beyond the call of duty. The superior queen room overlooks courtyard and includes an electric kettle and a fridge. The breakfast offers lots of croissants, cereals, and cakes. Central location just off the subway station, outskirts in less than 15 minutes and the Colosseum in about 20 minutes, and restaurants and bars are near the property.

Location was excellent as staff were in their assistance to all our needs.
Pillows on the beds sucked, they were like a piece of foam rubber.

Upon arrival the staff could see that we were not that comfortable driving in Rome, so when they offered to park our car - we really appreciated that. All the staff were helpful and friendly and there was plenty to choose from at breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean. Within walking distance to the Colloseum and 2 metres to the tube/underground.

The room was spacious, clean, and the location was perfect for exploring. I particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast spread, with freshly baked goods and plenty of local options.

Rooms maintain a historical charm with beautiful decor. The location offers a square ambiance, and is just a short walk from key attractions while being conveniently close to the metro.
The area around the front entrance could feel a bit unkempt, which might catch you off guard if you're used to more modern settings. Some facilities, like bathrooms, lean toward outdated, with thin towels that might not provide the comfort expected. The breakfast selection lacked variety, particularly for vegetarians, which could make morning meals less enjoyable.

Things were clean and it was a comfortable place to return to after a full day. The staff were willing to assist at any hour.
The breakfast was average. And I wouldn't call the staff "friendly or warm" (in contrast with our other accommodation experiences). One or two were cordial at most but the rest fairly officious.

Very helpful staff and located right next to the metro station. Perfect location and excellent hotel. The price of the room included breakfast everyday which was convenient and offered more than I expected. I would definitely stay there again next time I go back to Rome.

easy access to major attractions and parks nearby
I really enjoyed the awesome breakfast spread and the location, made it so easy to walk to major sites like the Colosseum in about 15 minutes. There's a lovely park right across the street to unwind after a day of exploring. As a solo traveler, I found the staff helpful with directions and recommendations for quieter places to visit.

Very helpful staff. I walked everywhere to major city sites. Rooms are clean but small typical of European cities. Very nice breakfast. Location a bit sketchy a night time for single women.

We arrived by rail at 10 am and check in is not until 3pm. We had a room by 10:30 am. They also invited us to eat breakfast and held our bags while we waited for our room. The breakfast each day was great. The front desk was very helpful and spoke fantastic Englisth.
They have free wi-fi and it frequently lost signal. I only list this as a complaint because email was the only way our family had to get in touch with us since our phones did not work in Italy.
